We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

 

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect from 25 May 2018.  As an EU Regulation, the new law took effect automatically and when the UK leaves the EU, the GDPR will be incorporated into UK law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill. The UK Government has also published the Data Protection Bill, which will supplement GDPR standards in the UK.

 

This means that, even post-Brexit, the Atlantic Crest will need to comply with the GDPR.

The GDPR’s data protection principles are similar to those under the Data Protection Act. Atlantic Crest must be able to demonstrate that any personal data we handle is:

  • collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes;

  • adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary;

    kept for no longer than is necessary where data subjects are identifiable; and
